This week's guest is Roddy Phillips, CEO of ARC Services, who is one of the founding owners of the company. He has a proven track record of providing sound, faith-driven leadership. Under Roddy’s direction, the company has moved from a specialty welding company to a complete turnkey service provider that has a global project portfolio of over 2500 completed projects. Roddy is a very driven leader, focused on strategy and growing the company by expanding into additional markets and providing ARC's services worldwide. His military background provided him with multiple skills including team building, adaptability, problem-solving, and structure. Roddy leads by example and isn't afraid to help on any task throughout the company when needed. This work ethic and attitude have driven Roddy to make a difference in the industry and separate ARC Services from the rest.
